Draft — pending legal reviewLast updated October 14, 2026

This document is a draft

We wrote it for the CVRLanding preview build. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel for the countries we serve, and it will change before launch. It is not legal advice.

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between CVRLanding and its customer: the person or organization that creates a workspace or pays for a plan. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it, and “you” means that organization.

CVRLanding is for business use only, and you must be able to enter into a binding contract.

Who operates CVRLanding

The legal entity that operates CVRLanding, its registered address and its registration number will be stated here before launch.

These terms include the Acceptable use policy and Billing and refunds. How we handle your own personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Accounts and workspaces

You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. Keep your details accurate and your credentials private, and tell us at support@cvrlanding.com straight away if you suspect someone else has used your account.

Each workspace has one Owner, who controls billing, domains, members and deletion. The Owner can invite members as Admin, Editor, Analyst or Viewer, roles with narrower permissions that the app describes.

The Owner is responsible for activity in the workspace, including by invited members, and for removing access when someone leaves. Ownership can be transferred to another active member.

The service

CVRLanding lets you build landing pages for paid traffic by chat or in a visual editor, publish them at cvrlanding.com/ld/… or on your own domain, record leads, bookings and orders, measure journeys with consent-gated first-party analytics, connect ad pixels and run controlled experiments.

Features change as we develop the product. Features labeled preview or beta may change, be limited or be withdrawn.

Availability and speed figures we publish are objectives, not guarantees, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Current status is on the status page.

Your content and pages

You keep ownership of what you bring to CVRLanding and of the pages you make with it, including the data your pages collect. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, render and back up that content, only to provide and secure the service and to meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for your content. In particular:

  • Claims, prices, offers, reviews and testimonials on your pages must be true, and you must be able to back them up.

  • You need the rights to the URLs you import and to the images, logos, fonts and text you upload.

  • Your pages must follow ad platform policies and the consumer protection, advertising and privacy laws that apply to you.

Publish checks and AI warnings help you catch problems, but they are not a legal review.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may check pages before and after they go live, hold high-risk pages for review, and remove or unpublish content that breaks these terms or the law. Where it is lawful and safe, we tell you why, and you can appeal through support.

Data about your visitors and leads

For the data your pages collect, such as form submissions, bookings, orders, analytics events and masked session replays, you are the controller and CVRLanding is your processor. We act only on your instructions, under the data processing terms.

You need a lawful basis for what you collect, and you are responsible for configuring your consent banner and privacy notice and for answering your visitors’ requests. The product gives you the controls to do it.

AI features and credits

AI features run on model providers that CVRLanding configures, and each request uses credits. Credits are a usage entitlement, not money:

  • They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another workspace.

  • Monthly plan credits expire at the end of their billing period, and trial credits expire when the trial ends.

Credits are not model tokens. They are charged from the actual cost the AI provider bills for each request, at a published ratio, as the AI credits guide explains.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review every page, claim and recommendation before you publish it or act on it; a finding labeled Hypothesis is an idea to test, not a fact. See the AI content notice.

Plans, billing and Paddle

Plans and prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars. On the current plans, the free trial includes 20,000 one-time AI credits for building and previewing pages, and publishing needs a paid plan.

Paddle is the merchant of record for CVRLanding subscriptions and any credit top-ups. You buy from Paddle under Paddle’s checkout terms, and Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes and invoices.

Subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled. You can cancel, change your payment method and download invoices in the Paddle customer portal, opened from Credits & billing in the app. Refunds follow Billing and refunds.

If a payment fails, we may restrict paid features after a grace period, but a failed payment or an empty credit balance does not by itself delete your pages. Price changes for an existing subscription apply from a later billing period, after notice.

Third-party services

CVRLanding works with services run by other companies, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Paddle, Resend and AI model providers, and their terms also apply when you use them through CVRLanding.

We are not responsible for their decisions, such as rejecting an ad or suspending an ad account, or for changes to their APIs, and we cannot guarantee that any ad or page will be approved.

Intellectual property and feedback

The CVRLanding software, block library, templates, documentation and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.

Files you export, such as an HTML bundle or React source, are yours to use and host, subject to other people’s rights in the content. An export that keeps CVRLanding-managed forms or analytics works only while your subscription is active.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time and delete your workspace or account in settings. We may unpublish pages, limit features, or suspend or close an account or workspace when:

  • you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or the Acceptable use policy

  • your use creates a security risk or could harm others

  • a payment is still overdue after the grace period

  • the law or a competent authority requires it

Where we can, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. When we close an account or a subscription ends, you have a reasonable period to export your data unless the law or a security risk prevents it; we then delete it under our retention rules.

No guarantee of results

CVRLanding helps you build, measure and test pages, but we do not guarantee conversions, leads, sales, return on ad spend, ad approvals or any other result. Analytics depend on consent choices, ad blockers, sampling and attribution models, and experiment results carry uncertainty.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CVRLanding is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for CVRLanding in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, is not limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. Before a material change takes effect, we notify workspace Owners by email or in the app, with reasonable notice. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before then; if you keep using CVRLanding, the updated terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and the place where disputes are resolved are to be confirmed before launch. Whichever law applies, you keep protections that a contract cannot remove, such as mandatory rules in Vietnam, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@cvrlanding.com so we can try to resolve the problem informally.
